Position Overview:
As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Account Manager in managing and executing marketing projects for multiple clients. Your responsibilities include assisting with project management tasks, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations. You will facilitate communication between team members, manage project timelines, and contribute to the overall success of our client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and Assist:
- Assist the Senior Account Manager in managing a team of copywriters, designers, technical specialists, and marketing assistants to deliver client projects efficiently.
- Help ensure team members are aligned with project goals and deadlines, providing support as needed to meet client expectations.
- Project Management:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Assist in maintaining project timelines, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with team members to track progress and resolve any issues.
- Use project management tools to help organize tasks and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, assisting the Senior Account Manager in maintaining strong client relationships.
- Help gather and analyze client feedback to ensure satisfaction and make recommendations for improvements.
- Analyze and Optimize:
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, helping identify opportunities for optimization.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients, ensuring information is shared effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items to support the smooth operation of projects.
- Feedback and Improvement:
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and feedback to improve processes and outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team to enhance client strategies.
- Other Duties:
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge & Experience:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1 level proficiency per CEFR standards).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Some experience working in a marketing agency or related environment is a plus.

- A fast and reliable internet connection is required, along with your own Windows PC/Laptop equipment.

- Physical Demands:
