Position Overview:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead a team of creative and technical professionals, including copywriters, designers, technical specialists, and marketing assistants, to deliver top-notch marketing services for multiple business owners. Your role involves overseeing project coordination, ensuring high productivity, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness, ultimately driving client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage:
- Lead a team of copywriters, designers, technical specialists, and marketing assistants to execute client projects effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure team members are aligned with client goals and expectations, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects for multiple clients, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Use project management tools to track progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, acting as the primary point of contact for all client interactions.
- Understand each client's business goals and tailor marketing strategies to meet their specific needs.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with services.
- Analyze and Optimize:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients to enhance their marketing efforts and achieve their business goals.
- Feedback and Improvement:
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for professional development.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
- Other Duties:
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Skills:
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (C2 level proficiency per CEFR standards).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a senior account management role.
- At least 4 years of proven experience managing multiple client accounts in a marketing agency setting.
