The primary purpose of the Sales Associate is to support the sales team with administrative tasks such as updating reports,setting up and managing CRM tools, delegating leads to sales account managers and providing assistance to sales team members.

Pre-qualifying and delegating leads

  • Review and delegate leads to Sales Account Managers

Lead pre-consult confirmation

  • Call leads a day prior to the actual consultation schedule to confirm if they are able to attend or not.
  • This may include but not limited to asking information about business, contact information to call, and any information relevant to the consultation.

CRM Management

  • Set up onboarding tools of Sales Account Managers
  • Keep accurate records of call documentations & updates in CRM tools
  • Ensure tasks completion in InfusionSoft

Administrative and Ad Hoc Support

Provide administrative support to sales team including:

  • Prepare and update reports required by Sales Team
  • Rescheduling and/or re-assigning booking consultations
  • Clean sales inbox of SAMs
  • Possible research and lead generation activities
