The primary purpose of the Sales Operations Manager is to coordinate global sales operations in areas of onboarding, offboarding, daily reporting, quality assurance and general SOP development ensuring the revenue supporting team can scale through various phases of business growth.
Additional daily support for the Sales Manager on priority tasks, calendar management and support in business critical areas.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee Day to Day Sales team reporting.
- Generate Ad hoc reports for Sales management to assist the sales team to optimize sales opportunities
- Ensure all standards are upheld in relation to state-of-the-art technologies; user equipment requirements; technical specifications, productivity, quality, standards.
- Continuous monitoring of departmental operations to ensure that all Sales teams are achieving daily tasks, metrics and reporting.
- Create new SOP’s to support change and a growing global team.
- Own the onboarding and offboarding of new SAM’s and their technology stack ensuring they are equipped for success.
- Be the go to sales support trainer for SAM’s on the tech stack.
- 1-2 Direct Sales Support Reports.

Experience/Education:
- 2 years plus in Sales or Operations support
- Bachelors in Business(preferable)
- Experience working within a high performance sales team a plus
