Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding & Orientation – Organize pre-employment documents, maintain accurate employee records, and oversee employee orientation materials.
HR Administrative Support – Manage HR databases, oversee HR documents, and assist in employee onboarding and 30-day training.
HRIS & Payroll Management – Ensure accurate encoding of employee profiles in HRIS, oversee timekeeping system access, and facilitate payroll ATM cards & company IDs.
Employee Support – Address HR-related queries and provide timely assistance to employees.
Process Improvement – Track onboarding actions, update HR materials, and ensure efficiency in all HR administrative functions.
