Purpose:
Become a key player in our mission to revolutionize operations. As an Admin (Doer Success), you'll provide vital administrative support to the Doer Success (Operations) Teams. Your core responsibilities will be to review HR-related requests, monitor Doer reporting requirements, and address general inquiries, while collaborating with multiple departments.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle HR-related requests like Certificate of Attendance, Maternity Leave, and more.
  • Coordinate Doer shifts and cohorts.
  • Proactively engage with Doers through phone communication.
  • Ensure accurate review of Done Reports produced by Doers.
  • Address and delegate General Enquiry tickets promptly.
  • Produce regular reports on Doer contacts and Admin performance.

Success Measures:
All tasks to be executed in accordance with set guidelines and within specific timeframes. For instance, ensure all Doer requests are addressed within 2 hours of receipt.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Proficient in back office tools: Zoho, Freshdesk, Zendesk, and alike.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management prowess.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in change management and knowledge sharing.

Experience & Education:

  • 3+ years in a back office/ticketing environment or a related admin role.
  • Demonstrated experience with ticketing software and monitoring tools (e.g., ActivTrak, TimeDoctor).
  • Proven track record in high-velocity workspaces.
