The primary purpose of a Recruitment Specialist is to meet hiring goals of the company by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This entails participation in the full-lifecycle recruitment process. From sourcing and screening candidadtes, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and onboarding, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Position Tasks and Responsibilities

Knowledge:
Knowledge of online sourcing techniques. (Boolean Search)
Skills:
Management Systems (CMS)Resilient and adaptable
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
Networking and building relationships with communities and groups as sourcing channels.
Ability to identify potential talents
Ability to adapt to a high-paced recruitment environment, specifically the capacity to interview 10 or more candidates per day.
Thorough comprehension and understanding of the hiring needs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and delegation skills
Basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies utilized in the candidate recruitment process.
Knowledge of headhunting. From identifying to approaching and successfully recruiting targeted passive candidates.
Experience/Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any related course or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience as a non-volume recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Prior involvement in the screening process, including conducting interviews and selection until onboarding.

Experience in preparation/writing job descriptions, job adverts used in job postings on Social Media platforms.
