Outsourced Doers is a rapidly growing provider of virtual assistant services, specializing in supporting entrepreneurs and businesses in the digital marketing space. We are seeking an experienced, high-performance Doer Success Leader to join our team and help drive the success of our clients and virtual assistants. As a Doer Success Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a large team of remote virtual assistants based in the Philippines. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest quality of output and performance, while also fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance and productivity of your team of virtual assistants, ensuring the delivery of exceptional results for our clients in Australia and the US.
  • Monitor and enforce key performance indicators (KPIs) related to task completion, quality of output, time and attendance, proactivity, and effective communication.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 performance meetings with each virtual assistant, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the client experience team to address any client concerns, refunds, or escalations promptly.
  • Identify and address any performance issues or concerns within your team, implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs) as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members, prioritizing the best interests of our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry trends to better support your team and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of direct response marketing, lead generation, marketing funnels, marketing automation, email marketing, and marketing design.
  • Previous experience in team leadership and management, preferably with remote virtual assistants or similar roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with performance monitoring and management tools (e.g., ActivTrak).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results for clients.
